Industrial Furnace manufacturer with in-house refractory technology

Zhejiang Nengcheng Crystal Fiber Co., Ltd. is an Industrial Furnace manufacturer based in Zhejiang, China, that integrates design, research and development, production, sales and engineering services in one organization. Since 2015 we have supplied experimental electric furnaces, industrial electric furnaces and non-standard customized electric furnaces to customers in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass and chemical engineering, as well as to universities and research institutes.

We also produce the ultra-lightweight high-temperature fiber insulation used inside furnace hot zones. That is why our configurations are engineered as a matched system — insulation, heating elements, vacuum components and controls are selected together for the target process, not assembled from unrelated parts.

Our Industrial Furnace Range

The product family is organized into three sub-categories. Each has a different geometry and atmosphere concept, and each is available as a standard model or a custom design.

Vacuum Electric Furnace

This group covers 16 models, including vacuum molybdenum strip furnaces, vertical vacuum brazing furnaces, vacuum tungsten wire furnaces, vacuum carbon tube furnaces, vertical carbon tube furnaces, eutectic furnaces and a range of vacuum annealing furnaces. They process metal parts under oxygen-free conditions to prevent oxidation and scale, producing clean bright surfaces for hardening, brazing, sintering and annealing.

High Temperature Tube Furnace

Our 10 tube furnace models operate from 1200°C to 1700°C in large-caliber, sliding, tiltable rotary, PECVD, swing and vertical arrangements. The cylindrical hot zone gives uniform temperature distribution and accepts inert gas or vacuum, which suits powder roasting, material synthesis, sintering and controlled-atmosphere experiments.

High Temperature Muffle Furnace

Three box-type models rated at 1200°C, 1500°C and 1700°C. The heating elements are isolated from the charge, providing clean, uniform chamber conditions for powder roasting, ceramic sintering, ashing, heat treatment and laboratory testing.

Quick Match: Furnace Range to Process

Range Temperature Configuration focus Typical applications
Vacuum Electric Furnace Process-specific Molybdenum strip, tungsten wire or carbon heating; vacuum pumping and atmosphere control Hardening, brazing, annealing, sintering, clean surface treatment
High Temperature Tube Furnace 1200–1700°C Horizontal, vertical, rotary, sliding or swing tube; gas or vacuum Powder roasting, CVD/PECVD, thermal testing, material synthesis
High Temperature Muffle Furnace 1200–1700°C Box chamber with isolated heating elements Ceramic sintering, ashing, heat treatment, laboratory experiments

Process and Application Fit

We configure Industrial Furnace equipment around the process environment, not only the maximum temperature. For ceramic and powder applications the priorities are temperature uniformity, controlled heating rate and clean chamber conditions. For metallurgical work we add vacuum or protective atmosphere capability to avoid oxidation and scale during hardening, brazing and annealing. For electronics and semiconductor users we provide tube configurations compatible with process gases, quartz work tubes and precise multi-zone temperature control. Glass and chemical engineering customers typically need repeatable thermal cycles, programmable soak times and resistance to process residues.

  • Powder roasting and calcination in ceramics and chemical processing
  • Ceramic and composite sintering up to 1700°C
  • Vacuum brazing of stainless steel, titanium and alloy assemblies
  • Annealing of stainless steel, copper alloys and magnetic materials
  • Sapphire annealing and crystal heat treatment
  • High-temperature experiments for universities and research institutes

Materials, Critical Specifications and Configuration

Every proposal is based on the working point, material and production target. We establish chamber dimensions, charge weight, working temperature, required uniformity, atmosphere or vacuum level, heating and cooling rates, and cycle time before selecting the hot-zone design. Heating element material is matched to the process: molybdenum or tungsten for vacuum service, carbon elements for graphite hot zones, and resistance wire or silicon-carbide elements for air-operating furnaces. The insulation is selected from our own Nengcheng lightweight alumina and silicate fiber series, which reduces shell temperature, cuts energy consumption and shortens heating ramps.

Controls and Automation Integration

Standard equipment includes a programmable temperature controller with ramp/soak segments, over-temperature protection and thermocouple failure detection. For line integration we supply PLC/HMI control, data logging, and communication interfaces such as RS485 or Ethernet so the furnace can be supervised from a central control system. Vacuum furnaces can be fitted with vacuum gauges, pump interlocks and automatic pressure control. We configure the control system around the required line interface.

Quality Assurance, Acceptance and Documentation

We perform corresponding inspections after each process step, followed by a full inspection of the finished furnace according to customer requirements and international standards. The company operates ISO9001 and CE quality management systems, and our furnace design details are supported by inspection reports and utility model patents. Factory acceptance typically covers electrical insulation, thermocouple calibration, heating performance, temperature uniformity and vacuum integrity before shipment.
