Compound Fiber Module Block for Industrial High Temperature Furnace Lining Material
Introduction
NC Compound Fiber Precast Block is an all-fiber kiln/furnace lining material developed by our company for high-temperature industrial kilns and furnaces . Adopting special production techniques, it is made of fibers of different temperatures compounded according to their different temperature conductivity grades. Additionally, the block is equipped with embedded anchors so that it is both lightweight and low in density, making it an ideal all-fiber furnace lining material for high-temperature kilns and furnaces in terms of cost, energy, life service, and weight.
Characteristics
Low thermal conductivity;
Low thermal capacity;
Low density;
High stability;
Strong intensity;
Resistance to thermal shock;
Resistance to erosion;
Able to withstand flames and gas flows;
Easy to install.
Application
Metallurgy and mechanics: heating furnace, thermal treatment furnace, and ladle thermal insulation cover;
Ceramic and porcelain industry:oller kiln, tunnel kiln, well kiln, and bell cover furnace.

A vacuum furnace is a high-tech industrial oven used for heat treatment processes, primarily in the manufacturing and processing of metals, ceramics, and other materials. The furnace operates in a controlled vacuum environment, meaning that the air is removed from the chamber, creating a low-pressure atmosphere. This unique condition allows for specific and often superior material properties to be achieved during the heating process. Let’s dive deeper into the purpose of a vacuum furnace and why...
