This vacuum carbon tube furnace is a high temperature, high vacuum resistance furnace with a graphite heating element. The maximum temperature can reach 2000°C-2300°C. It is widely used in the preparation of inorganic materials (such as: ceramic seals, silicon carbide, zirconium oxide, aluminum dioxide, etc.) and metal materials (hard alloy) in vacuum or protective atmosphere, and can also be used for the purification of rare earth elements and their oxides and sapphire annealing.
