What is the structure of high alumina ceramic fiber board?

1、 Shaped ceramic fiber furnace lining for high alumina ceramic fiber board

 

The shaped ceramic fiber furnace lining of high alumina ceramic fiber board mainly refers to the furnace lining composed of formed refractory materials such as fiber blankets, fiber felt, fiber boards or fiber components. Structurally, it can be divided into two categories: layered structure and composite structure.

 

1. Structure of Layered Refractory Fiber Lining

 

Layered laying of refractory fiber furnace lining is a furnace lining structure in which refractory fiber products are laid layer by layer on the furnace wall steel plate, and then fixed with heat-resistant steel anchors or other methods.

 

(1) Fiber felt layer structure

 

According to the installation method of hot surface fiber felt, the structure can be divided into docking and overlapping types. According to the fixing form of anchor nails, it can be divided into exposed anchor nail type and embedded anchor nail type.

 

(2) Fiber felt and laminated structure

Ceramic fiber board

The installation and fixation method of fiber felt and board is mostly docking. According to the fixing form of anchor bolts, they can be divided into exposed anchor bolts and buried anchor bolts.

 

(3) Performance characteristics of laminated structures

 

① Anchor nail exposed layer laying structure: refers to the fiber felt, fiber felt or fiber board layer laid on the furnace wall, fixed with anchor nails, quick clamps, and rotating clamps or nuts.

 

② Anchor nail embedded flat structure refers to laying fiber felt, fiber felt or fiber board layer on the furnace wall, fixing it with anchor nail insulation, but the anchor nail is buried in the middle of the refractory material.

 

2、 The Flat Layered Composite Structure of High Aluminum Ceramic Fiber Board

 

(1) Lining structure

 

According to the current structure of laminated composite materials, it can be divided into: from the hot surface to the cold surface, modular+laid laminated composite material lining structure and polycrystalline strip+modular+laid laminated composite material lining structure.

 

(2) Determination of insulation thickness

 

The design of the thickness of refractory fiber furnace lining should be based on the flat or curved wall structure of the heating equipment, the thermal conductivity of the material, the average temperature of the cold and hot surfaces, and the allowable heat loss per unit surface.

 

(3) Selection of anchoring materials

 

The selection of anchoring materials generally depends on the working temperature of the anchoring position and whether it comes into direct contact with smoke.

 

(4) Lining arrangement

 

Module installation layout is usually divided into two types: patchwork floor layout and soldier row layout. Parquet flooring is a relatively traditional installation method that was widely used a few years ago.

 

① After long-term operation at high temperatures, each module expands differently in various directions and rebounds unevenly.

 

② Each group consists of four modules, vertical and horizontal, with different external dimensions of each module, resulting in a small square hole in the middle of each adjacent module. Countless small holes will appear on the entire furnace lining, affecting the insulation effect of the furnace lining.

 

③ The joint between the furnace walls is the weak link in insulation.

 

2. Unshaped ceramic fiber lining of high alumina ceramic fiber board

 

It mainly refers to the use of amorphous ceramic fiber furnace lining materials such as ceramic fiber casting materials, plastics, coatings, and spraying. This furnace lining structure is fixed on the furnace wall steel plate by a heat-resistant steel skeleton, and forms a whole after drying.
