Oxygen Free Vacuum Annealing Furnace
This oxygen-free vacuum annealing furnace uses silicon-molybdenum rod internal heating, a square structure in a circle, uniform heating, good pressure resistance, and can achieve high-temperature sintering in a completely oxygen-free state. The furnace chamber uses ceramic alumina fiber, which has good thermal insulation performance and high cleanliness. It is suitable for metal annealing, ceramic sintering, vacuum smelting, electric vacuum parts degassing, annealing, brazing of metal parts, and ceramic-metal sealing.

Tube furnaces have been the backbone of high-temperature processing for decades — yet the gap between a well-specified unit and a poorly matched one can mean the difference between consistent results and costly failures. Whether you're sintering advanced ceramics, conducting CVD experiments, or processing alloys under controlled atmospheres, understanding what separates a capable high temperature tube furnace from one that merely gets hot is essential before you commit to a purchase. How a H...
