1000°C Large Diameter Swing Tube Furnace
This device is an extended, single-temperature zone, large-diameter swing tube furnace capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 1000°C. It features a double-shell structure with an air-cooling system. The furnace chamber is constructed of high-purity alumina fiber to minimize energy loss. The furnace tubes are made of 310S stainless steel, with diameters ranging from 50 to 200mm (customizable). They are heat-resistant to 1000°C and exhibit excellent ductility. The furnace body can swing from -30° to +30°. The circuit control system and the furnace's swing system are independently controlled, enabling integrated operation. Swinging improves melt uniformity and refines crystals, making it widely used in the preparation of thermoelectric materials.

Tube furnaces have been the backbone of high-temperature processing for decades — yet the gap between a well-specified unit and a poorly matched one can mean the difference between consistent results and costly failures. Whether you're sintering advanced ceramics, conducting CVD experiments, or processing alloys under controlled atmospheres, understanding what separates a capable high temperature tube furnace from one that merely gets hot is essential before you commit to a purchase. How a H...
