Vacuum Molybdenum Strip Furnace
The Vacuum Molybdenum Strip Furnace adopts a square structure in the middle of a circle. This structure ensures the efficiency of high vacuum and also makes the furnace resistant to deformation. Molybdenum strips are used as heating elements, and circular heating is used for uniform heating. The furnace adopts metal heat insulation screens for heat preservation, which is durable, clean and mechanically strong. Three layers of molybdenum strips, three layers of 310S stainless steel sheets and three layers of 304 stainless steel sheets are used inside the furnace. The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, processed by precision CNC machine tools and electrostatic spraying technology. It is resistant to high temperature, corrosion and will not fade for a long time. The workpiece brazed in a vacuum atmosphere can keep the workpiece clean and bright. It is used in high-vacuum and high-temperature heat treatment of 3D printed metal workpieces and alloys, steel industry, metallurgical industry, aerospace industry, microwave magnetron industry, magnetic material sintering, brazing and brightening, annealing heat treatment of other stainless steel, carbon steel and copper parts.
