
Eutectic Furnace
This eutectic furnace adopts a well-type structure, uses metal heating tubes for heating, and is equipped with a heat-conducting plate inside. The workpiece is placed on the heat-conducting plate for rapid welding. The furnace chamber adopts a 304 stainless steel furnace, and the insulation material uses ceramic fiber cotton with good temperature resistance and good heat insulation. The outer layer is carbon steel, and the two layers are cooled by circulating water, which has a long service life. It is mainly used in laser devices, aerospace, electric vehicles, and other industries.
