Large Caliber Tube Furnace
The large-diameter tube furnace uses resistance wire as the heating element, adopts a segment program temperature control system, phase shift trigger, thyristor control, and the furnace chamber insulation material uses alumina ceramic fiber material, which has good heat resistance, fast heating rate, high efficiency, and energy saving. The furnace tube uses a high-purity quartz tube, which has good thermal conductivity, strong resistance to thermal shock, good insulation and high-frequency characteristics at high temperature, and resistance to chemical erosion. It is widely used for laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units for element analysis and determination, annealing of general small steel parts, brazing, and heating of new materials such as electronic ceramics.

Tube furnaces have been the backbone of high-temperature processing for decades — yet the gap between a well-specified unit and a poorly matched one can mean the difference between consistent results and costly failures. Whether you're sintering advanced ceramics, conducting CVD experiments, or processing alloys under controlled atmospheres, understanding what separates a capable high temperature tube furnace from one that merely gets hot is essential before you commit to a purchase. How a H...
