1. Increased production cost of aluminum silicate fiber sheet

2. The production and market of aluminum silicate fiber sheet are not standardized

 

Some enterprises do not organize production according to standards, resulting in uneven product quality. In addition, low-level redundant construction remains severe. In addition, the market is not standardized and low-priced to seize the market.

 

3. The application technology of exterior wall rock wool board, rock wool board, phenolic aldehyde board, aluminum silicate board, and aluminum silicate board is outdated.

 

The structure of the aluminum silicate board system mainly consists of a bonding layer, an insulation layer, a plastering layer, a decorative layer, and accessories. Adhesive layer is a type of building material located between the bottom and surface layers. The upper and lower layers are closely combined with the cementitious material, and their fillers mainly come from inorganic materials.

Various coatings are mainly used for accessories. On the one hand, the color of the surface of aluminum silicate plate makes it suitable for any occasion. On the other hand, coatings can play a role in flame retardancy and thermal insulation to a certain extent.

 

In addition to the excellent performance of large pieces of aluminum silicate fiber cotton, aluminum silicate fiber board also has a hard texture, excellent toughness and strength, and good resistance to wind erosion. It is an ideal energy-saving material for insulation equipment such as kilns and pipelines. Aluminum silicate fiberboard is made from aluminum silicate fiber cotton as raw material, which is vacuum formed or dried. Aluminum silicate fiberboard is a variety of aluminum silicate fiberboards made from corresponding ordinary, standard, high-purity, zirconium containing aluminum silicate fiber cotton as raw materials, and processed by vacuum forming or drying process.
